We process data to perform our contract with you (account and reviews), for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), with your consent (non-essential cookies and optional marketing), and to comply with legal obligations.

We use personal data to operate the directory, authenticate users, publish reviews, calculate certification scores, respond to support requests, and — where permitted — analyze usage and communicate about the Service.

We retain account and review data while your account is active and as needed for legal, dispute, or archival purposes. Server logs are kept for a limited period. You may request deletion subject to exceptions required by law.
